It has been snowing like crazy for the past 3 days. I live 2 hours northeast of Vegas and have loving it. Last night, we got about 10 inches here.

wow. (removed) theres some snow on the ground. PANIC!. lol. i know theyre not prepared for it(which is dumb but w/e) but for real? im sposed to be getting 12 inches tomorro night...... in like an 8 hour period. doesnt that trump 11 inches in a what 4 day period? they make it sound so deastating but really the public works ppl didnt act.

I live in a completely different climate than Vegas. My house is at 6,100 feet. Having snow is a joy for me. I shoveled my driveway last night and finished about 10:00. It had stopped snowing then. When I got up this morning, we had another 10 inches on my driveway.

My sister-in-laws husband went there on a business trip and was supposed to be coming back yesterday, but he called to say they were told to get comfortable b/c it might be a while before any flights leave, so I'm not sure if he's made it back yet or not.
