A check on the provided license plate revealed that San Bernardino County, California Sheriff's Department had flagged the car just days before as a felony vehicle associated with a suspect wanted for making threats.The car's owner, MacKenzie Scott McKernan, 32, was wanted on a felony warrant for Crimes against Persons for allegedly making terrorist threats against family which involved explosive devices or bombs.Oregon State Police troopers from Albany and Salem took McKernan into custody as a fugitive from justice.
