To be honest, $9000 is WAY too much for a 15 year old car. These days, you'd be lucky to get $4-5000 top dollar, unless someone is an idiot. AWD rear diff has a tendency to leak, the rear subframe rots (especially here in PA), they are slow, pigs on fuel, and AWD parts are getting difficult to find.
One could buy a much newer car with better creature comforts for that price.
