I don't think that a person could actually feel something that light. I know Iowa had one about 10 or 12 years ago that was like 3.4. Unfortunatly I was outside in the tractor at the time so I never felt it, but my Mom and Sister did, and it was a real real real faint vibration.

I'm about 2 hours south of balmer, and don't make it up there much. The inner harbor has a pretentious mall called Harbor Place, and there's the national aquarium. If you care about Yankee history, Fort McHenry in in Baltimore, where the resistance against he British invasion in he war of 1812 inspired Francis Scott Key to write the US national anthem. There's the USS constellation, the last all sail US naval vessel, and the last civil war warship still afloat.Lots of nice restaurants, I don't know of any in particular to recommend, but seafood is pretty good, although it's the wrong time of year to get chesapeake bay blue crabs, it's more oyster season, but oysters are rank, and the local harvest has been so bad that if you do order oysters they probably came from indonesia or some such place. Rockfish is excellent, if you can get it.I think there are some genvibers up in Baltimore, hopefully they will be able to offer some better insight into "Charm City USA"
