Early in the day...we'd like to be out of the city by mid-afternoon (avoid that rush-hour crap).

Just a little wrap up.....the show was cool, plenty of cars to see, not much on the concept end though. The new vette is there and boy is it mean looking in person. The "Tuner Salon" is a joke! It was wall to wall kids with their hats on sideways bumping into eachother trying to start fights, I wanted to smack them all. It was also dark and loud, so dark you couldn't get a good look at the cars, waste of time IMHO. This is where the two Vibes are...a GT-R and the GXP very nice . On the floor Pontiac has an 05 Lava base, no leather, nothing fancy, but it did have 17's. Overall the show is better than it has been in recent years, check it out when it comes to your town, it's worth the 12 bucks.

Looking forward to meeting up with everybody again this year.I went to the show on Saturday with my family (did the Minivan / SUV thing). The funniest part for me was after I had shown my wife the Pontiac minivan and the Buick minivan, we went to see the Saturn minivan. She turns to me and says "They couldn't come up with anything different, it's the same thing." Brand marketing for ya!I'm looking forward to actually seeing some CARS with the GenVibe crew.

This show heads over here to Pittsburgh next week. It's held every year in the David L. Lawrence Convention Center which has recently been expanded and fully renovated.
