Nice car you have

There seems to be Mazdas all around your area, your neighbor seems to be rocking a Mazda5 and another neighbor( directly behind you in your garage shot) is rocking a silver Mazda3

I have to confess, I almost traded my Vibe in for a Mazda3 a few weeks into owning my Vibe. I was given one as a loaner while they were fixing something on the Vibe at Carmax and it was very nice to drive. It was a silver 2007 Mazda3(not Mazdaspeed) with a auto trans. I could have seen myself owning it but they were not selling it at that time and using it as a loaner

Here is a pic of it

Here is a pic of the temp the day I got the car. It was hot as crap that day

I'm loving the car so far. Much more responsive than my awd vibe. More comfortable seats, put 400 miles on he OD with a trip to DC recently and my back wasn't hurting one bit.
Loving the MPG too. With the trip to DC, my wife myself and our luggage I got 38 mpg. I was one thenth short of 39mpg

As for the neighbors and their mazda's I don't talk to them. They don't like me because I work on cars in my garage or because I spend my time adding more and more flowers or shrubs to my property. There are quite a few Mazda owners in a one block area.
Next few items on the list is to get coilovers and new wheels so I can use the oem ones for winter wheels. Adding a custom 8" sub to the stereo too and a few other small items.

Looks great! I think the Mazda3 hatchback is the car I would be most interested in if I ever got a new car...besides the Yaris and Matrix. I did test drive one a little while back, and it was the most similar-feeling to the Vibe besides the Yaris. Felt a little eerie being lower, though.

Nice ride Keith. The mods are very professional also. (he ONLY way to do it) This Mazda is the closest vehicle resembling our Vibes and would be a possible candidate for me if I were to go brain dead and alienate my Vibe. In other words it will never happen. Nice ride regardless. Keep the mods coming and inform us when they happen ;)

That is, as the kids say, SICK! Love it. I really like the wheels too, but (insert broken record here) you need to squelch that huge wheel gap! Slam it! lol
