Adding to this it also DOES NOT have a 2.4l or 1.8l engine in it. You may need one though to pull it ???

hahathats true. Lane-splitting has been known to help in relieving traffic bottle necks. Too bad its not legal here in Chicago :/

Ah, the Californians get all the fun! Not that any of us have ever have shot past a rush hour parking lot on the shoulder...

That's pretty impressive. Both my dad and brother rode KLRs, but my dad rode his a ton more. Did several trips with a local thumper club, https://www.fssnoc.com/. My dad ended up selling his a few years back and went back to a Goldwing though so his wife could ride with him comfortably, and my brother sold his sometime last year.
