We had a neighbor that have a couple of Dacshunds and She fed them canned green beans and the loved them.

Mine pretty much eat anything: alfalfa, green beans, soybeans, lettuce, carrots, but will usually not touch bananas, oranges, apples. My boy especially loves tomatoes.

My parents dogs aren't supposed to be eating anything but their dog food, but every once in a while my dad catches them trolling around in the garden, usually eating tomatoes or peppers off the vines.

Loki is all about anything that she can get. She doesn't care too much for onions or garlic cloves though.
