Denali National Park

Post by AKLGT »

Well, over Labor Day weekend Mav and I went up to Denali National Park for our Annual NASIOC meet. One of the guys got us tickets for the 8 hr bus ride into the Park itself. Forgive the bad camera, I had to do much zooming in and photo editing of the animal pics, especially the bears. Sure wish I had the new camera. and from our drive around Denali for photo opps

thanks! well, it would have been great to have the new one for even better (and not so grainy) distance shots, especially of the bears. These of course are the best ones, so you don't see the other 177 that weren't so good. Customary White Water Rafting down the Nenana! BRRRR!!!

I kind of like the grainy feel to them - kind of artistic.

You really have a great eye (or two) for photography and those pics are amazing! I can't wait to see what kind of damage you can do with your new camera... the anticipation is already mounting. I need to get a better camera, I really enjoying taking pictures like those as well. My 5.1MP point and shoot Sony does a decent job, but I know the pics could be better.Looking forward to some pics with the new camera!
