The Schedule for RallyCross Morning8:00AM - RallyCross Team Arrival 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM - Registration HoursAll competitors will need to come by the Registration Tent upon arrival — both those who registered online and those who choose to register at the event. Note that Registration is only open for 30-minutes. You will then head to Tech for your vehicle inspection. It is best to arrive early so you'll have more time to walk the lengthy course!Cars will have been gridded departing tech, and we will have the first car on course immediately after the Driver's Meeting. There will be two runs per group, with a 30-minute lunch break (the RallyCross Team will be reviewing the course) and then resume with the final two competition runs of the day. Your best 3-out-of-4 runs will count for your time.Awards after Competition - Not later than 5:30PMCourse Teardown By Competitors Immediately After AwardsREGISTRATION and ENTRY FEESAll competitors are encouraged to pre-register (versus "event morning" registration) at the official online registration site for 2009 Rally events: http://www.motorsportreg.com. This will aid our planning prior to the event.Another reason to register online? You will save money!Entry fees will be $50 for SCCA Members and $65 for SCCA Weekend Members. The Weekend Membership fee makes you an SCCA Weekend Member, will give you a $15 discount towards a full SCCA membership, a copy of "SportsCar" (our national magazine), a DVD about SCCA, and is valid for the all SCCA-sanctioned events held during that weekend. So here’s the run down on entry fees:- Wait and Register on Event Morning - $50 and $65 We have a cap of on entries – we may not take entries onsite!- Pre-Register Online AND Pay by midnight, on the Sunday before event - $40 and $55 — NOTE: For "Gambell, Guts & Glory" — this would be 12/28/08 11:59PM AKST. Your entry fee must be paid online (or mailed to SCCA, PO Box 220108, Anchorage, AK 99522 with a postmark not later than December 28, 2008).- Pre-Register after Sunday, Dec 28th and before January 2nd, 2009, and Pay online or at the event – $50/$65. While you won't save money, you will spend less time at Registration at the event and you will be helping the Region in planning adequate room for tech and pit areas!DRIVERS LICENSES and HELMETSCompetitors must present a valid driver’s license and sign the Event Waiver. If under 18-years-of-age, competitors must have a Minor Waiver signed by their parents and presented prior to competition.
