alaska and our vote

is it really a surprise that we voted democrat? i mean really! we haven't put a democrat into the US senate for like 40 years! why would we? we'd be taking away power from ted stevens, who is by all means one of the most powerful men in the senate! he has done a lot for this state and would be foolish to take any power away from him!open anwr! let's get some oil pumping to the good 'ol US of A! and that trans-canada pipeline! that should increase revenue for not just alaska and the US, but also Canada! besides, we should be working to improve our US-Canada relations after all... i know i am! GO BUSH!
