Leather Seats - Debris Stuck in Perforations

Post by dalemccl »

I have had a 2006 Vibe with charcoal leather seats for 2 weeks. Already some of the little holes in the perforated part of the seat are getting stuff stuck in them. Not sure if it is lint or what, but it is light-colored and stands out against the dark leather, so it looks bad. I tried using a shop vac to suck the debris out, but it didn't help. I thought about using a small safety pin to ream it out but fear that I might damage the leather.Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?
