Replace Radio base for antenna

Hey all I have an 07 vibe where the little thing that the antenna screws into has come completely out of the base. I would like to know exactly what to do to remove the base and repair the problem. Yet I am stuck as to where and how to remove the headliner so that I may remove the base on the top of the vibe. Can anyone guide me please. I did read a post about removing the entire headliner but not sure of what the terms mean like A trim...etc please help thanks. And while I am at it is there an easy way to access the fog lights despite the mud guard so as to Chang the bulbs say to HIDs to match my headlights or not. Thanks.
