Rear hatch panel removal

The plastic panel that says Pontiac on it and covers the tag lights and the rear hatch handle is broke on my 03' Vibe. Is this piece removable to get a replacement for?

Yes. You have to remove the hatch interior panel to remove the little handle cover.
