Fog Light Wiring

I have a 2003 vibe. My left fog light has been out for a while, and I made the dumb mistake of ordering two new fog lights before testing the one that was out to see if the bulb was the problem. It turns out that even with the new bulb, the left side fog light is still out. Any help on how to check the wiring to find the problem? Thanks

Looks like both fog lights get power from the fog light relay, in the underhood fuse panel. If one works and the other doesn't, then the relay and everything else upstream should be OK.

There are two wires, a red one that gets 12V from the relay, and a white with black stripe that should be a constant ground.

Maybe it's a corroded terminal in the foglight connector
