I seem to recall seeing some FR-S wheels on a Vibe somewhere, possibly on here. As long as the center hub is the same size as the one on the Vibe it should fit without any problems as the 17" wheel is 5x100, 17x7 and 45 offset. But make sure you use the correct lug nuts if you get them!

Yes, the BRZ\FR-S wheels do fit. However, the Subaru Hub bore is 56.1mm, Vibe Hub bore is 54.1. So the Subaru rims will fit your Vibe, but you will need to get lug nuts that have a cone seat bottom so the rim stays centered on the hub. Something like these

I thought if the hub bore of the wheels is larger than the hub bore of the vehicle, that you need to get hub centric rings? Lug nuts aren't going to be able to do their job properly if the wheel is bouncing around on the hub. Just my $0.02.

That is true, that's why I said.

This makes the wheel center on the lugs, AKA Lug Centric.

The one issue about the tapered lug nuts is they are used on wheels that have tapers on the lug holes. I don't know if the BRZ/ FR-S wheels have tapered lug holes or mag style lug holes like the Vibe alloys, so they might not fit quite right. The tapered lug nuts can hold the mag lug nut wheels in place, but I would not mix and match them for the long term. If the wheels are hub centric and use mag lug nuts, using a hub spacer is the safe way to mount them.

And Carrie is correct. Wheels are either Lug centric or Hub centric meaning they are centered by the Lugs or the Hub. Lug centric wheels can have a hub that does not match the hub on the car and are OK, but Hub centric wheels really need to match the hub on the car.

Good deal. I have tsw nurburgring wheels on my 05. They are +35. I wish the offset can be larger especially on the rear wheels.
