put on my new rims (NEW PICS- 07 Jun 06))

Post by meathead333 »

got my new rims/tires today in the mail. i wasnt too sure howd they look. i still like my old setup, but ive always wanted some black rims. i like the new look, but not sure if i like it as much as my old rims. the old ones gave my vibe a real clean look. i still need to clean up the new tires and repaint my brake calipers/drums.new pics:the old setup:

lol...actually, after looking at the pics for a few minutes, i think i like my old setup better.then again my vibe almost looks brownish in the new pics and not grey. i think if it were to look greyer, it would look better.oh well, im stuck with them now.

No way. I like the new ones. The old ones were nice too, don't get me wrong, but the new ones are very sharp with that color.

The new rims look nice. And you can always accent more black into your car.Roof caps, graphics, body kit, etc...

I vote for the new ones. You are in the same boat as me though and need to get lowering springs. Thankfully my bonus should be here within a couple of paychecks!

Dropping it will change your whole perspective on those black rims. it will look tight.

repainted the brakes...decided to try a blue color for the front calipers. i like it. actually just the new paint really looks better. i am going to order the CF roof cap in a day or so. then maybe ill try for some springs.

come on...i am looking for opinions on the blue calipers. what do you think. i like it, but does it portray a "ricer" look? the last thing i want is for someone to think i think my car is fast
