Here is my 2005 Neptune Base Vibe

-Alpine CDE-122 Head Unit
-1/8" semi-truck mudflaps. (Cut-outs, don't worry)

I've also done some miscellaneous painting to trim pieces. The pieces I've painted include:

-Front Grill
-Front Grille trim
-Front Pontiac Vibe Emblem
-Gauge Cluster Trim

Neptune is a sweet color, and those wheels look nice on it

Apparently "talarico" is likely derived from a word meaning "noble power", which is cool, unless that's just dealer advertising, in which case I'd get rid of it ;)

That's sweet, I didn't know that!

Unfortunately it was just dealer advertising. Today I bought a can of Plasti-Dip (just to see how it performs), and I got a little carried away. The emblems on all sides are now black, as well as all the white lettering on the license plate cover. I'll upload a picture in the morning.

After some snow donuts tonight; love the way the snow gets stuck inside the steel wheels.

What's up! It's been a while since I was last here. I still own the vibe and it's currently sitting at 206k. I've had a few cars since the last time I was visiting the forum. After owning an old Audi 5 cylinder, it was time to settle on a new daily driver: 2010 Mazda3 hatch (6-speed).

As much fun as the old Audi was, the new car is way cheaper and comes with far less headaches.

The vibe has been gutted and will become a dedicated rallycross vehicle.
