For sure.. I have a little "pock" on the driver door because a Taxi entered in me while he was on reverse and now I open the door, it sounds " crwiiiiiiick " Content de savoir qu'y a des Québécois ici ! Hahaha The reason why I searched a forum for Pontiac Vibes, it is because I'm a member of Monchar.com where I said I got a Pontiac Vibe and they all bashed on me and said it was not a good car, ...they bull****ted my car... there is no respect of others on this Monchar.com website.. lol.For them, it is Honda Civic or nothing... Hahaha. I hate Civics. My monchar.com profile (in french)

I used to have a MonChar.com account back when I owned my 2005 black Pontiac Pursuit. I then closed my account because of all the bashing and the fact that his site if now not what it used to be.Is anybody still on this site anyways ? Back a few year ago it was very popular, but now ??? I completly forgot about this site...

Well usually one would opt for the gt motor. The 2zz-GE.Works just fine in the Toyota Celica and the Lotus Elise I, however, gave up on the quest for more HP a loooong time ago.

You can put in the Vibe GT/Corolla XRS/Matrix XRS/ Celica GTS motor right in without any issues. Someone on the board has a 2zz with the 4-spd automatic, and he hasn't had any issues. Although you will need premium fuel. The easier way is to supercharge, but again, premium fuel. Houseofbugs (according to his sig) had his Vibe up to 150 wheel horse power with a CAI and Magnaflow catback exhaust (and probably other mods too) with the automatic.
