I used to have a MonChar.com account back when I owned my 2005 black Pontiac Pursuit. I then closed my account because of all the bashing and the fact that his site if now not what it used to be.Is anybody still on this site anyways ? Back a few year ago it was very popular, but now ??? I completly forgot about this site...
Here's a new pic from today of my Vibe I wanted to try my Vibe on drags !I have no more pics lol its hard to drive on a drag race with a cellphone in the right hand and no friends in the specs haha!It was VS a stock 97 Civic hatchback and I won XD
Somehow I missed this last month ...................... but anyways .... WELCOME Nice to see another Canadian on this forum I don't quite get up your way for my hockey tournaments but almost always in the Michigan & Ontario areas. Lots of hockey around here & love it By the way, I never met your dad, but he's AWESOME !!! Nice first ride. Take care of it & enjoy it for several years to come
Is there a swap for my engine ?I know I can upgrade my Vibe to a Vibe GT for 180hp ?But, I want to get +/-200 hp Is there any mods I need to do because I think I have the basic one lol
Well usually one would opt for the gt motor. The 2zz-GE.Works just fine in the Toyota Celica and the Lotus Elise I, however, gave up on the quest for more HP a loooong time ago.
You can put in the Vibe GT/Corolla XRS/Matrix XRS/ Celica GTS motor right in without any issues. Someone on the board has a 2zz with the 4-spd automatic, and he hasn't had any issues. Although you will need premium fuel. The easier way is to supercharge, but again, premium fuel. Houseofbugs (according to his sig) had his Vibe up to 150 wheel horse power with a CAI and Magnaflow catback exhaust (and probably other mods too) with the automatic.
