Sunroof Noise

Post by saweetlou »

I can hear a air leak when Im doing highway speeds so much so that I have to close the cover to drown it out. Has anyone had this problem before. Its not leaking any water at least that I can see.

The screws that hold the sunroof glass to the frame may be loose causing the air leak. There is one in each corner (4 total) of the sunroof glass. They should be torx screws.

My glass was not completely flush with the metal roof. I loosened a bolt or 2 and adjusted the glass. Check yours and inspect the rubber surround closely.
