New Passenger Seat

I found a passenger seat out of a wrecked 2010 Vibe (the one that folds down) and it's in pretty good condition, except there is a rip on the bottom part of the seat. I was looking at the seats and it seems like the bottom of each seat are the same but the tops are different. Has anyone taken the top of the passenger seat off?
