2009 2.4 rear struts

I had my rear tires replaced today that were cupping very badand wth very uneven wear. Therepair shop told me the struts were very bad but they could not replace the parts because nobody sells them. They said they called every place in town. Not only that but they said they have no listing for even how much to charge for labor. what should i do?sorry for poor typing this is on an iphone

Try a different shop, or the dealer.

They're not going to find rear struts because the rear has shocks on this car. RockAuto even sells the OEM shocks for $54/side.Base - Part 19184417AWD - Part 19184415

Struts for 09 vibes may be hard to order because they're not available at many parts stores yet. Theres a better chance of finding struts for the 09 vibe by looking for toyota matrix struts. These guys have some good insights.http://blog.nwautos.com/2009/0....htmlGoodluck
