Yeah, I was at 2 of 5 and quit. I wasn't too into hairmetal.

5-6: You wanted to fit in, but didn't quite get the big hair and makeup thing. I got 6. Pretty impressive considering I didn't listen to much in that era.
YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!

10 out of 10.I was born in '73.And, sadly enough, I still listen to hair metal once in awhile.(even watched the top 100 hairbands or whatever it was on VH1 recently lol)

I have NO IDEA how I did so well...I got 8 Correct. 7-8: You were a head banger, but your friends knew more bands that you did. I hated 80's music which is why I listened mostly to jazz, R&B, hip-hop & rap.I guess the truth is, I'm old and remember things I don't realize I'd remember (born in '71).

4 out of 10. What the crap were the Beastie Boys doing on that list? I hated 80's bad hair rock. I actually did better than I thought I would. Some of those were pretty easy.

Wow, that's pretty sad....I was born in '82, and still got 7 out of 10. I still listen to 80's music a lot though so that's probably why...
