Long live the manual tran!!!

Very happy to read that manual transmission sales are up. Have long been a fan and always come back to a standard after every automatic. More fun, more control, not so much better fuel economy like in the past but still a more enjoyable driving experience.

Halleluiah :D As long as I can physically shift them gears I'll always be a "manual" man ;)

Thanks for the link Mike. I read somewhere that for my year vibe, one out of 20 rolling down the line were GT models AND even fewer were stick shift. Looks like I'm driving a collectors item :o and I love every minute ;) of it

I like manual transmissions, but unfortunately I bought a car with one made by Toyota. Won't do that again
