Anyone use a Traeger (or smoker)?

I bought a Trager Lil Tex Elite a while back and have been loving it! Anyone else do any smoking? Here's the latest creation...Peppered Beer Beef Jerky. It was marinated in: Beer (Dogfish Head 90min IPA), Soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Brown Sugar,Garlic, Salt, Loads of coarse black pepper. I used a 3lb Top Round steak slicked thin.

Haha. I had it running for about 5 hours, and it filled up my backyard with amazing smelling smoke! Every once in a while, i'll see one of my neighbors pop their heads over the fence.
