Another moron hit my car

I was in ''sens unique'' i was on the move to park,when this with his old mazda 323 92 arrive like 80-90 km/h in zone of 40.With all the snow,he slept and hit me.After on the paper he wright that he was rolling about 30-32 what a innocent .The funny part is that he hit exactly the same place that i was hit the last time. http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=22764 Estimation min 2500$

It say 1 week approx...estimated 2500 approx...First i just solve the lie who the write on the paper.Thanks God i found a eye witness who say to my assurance that the guy was lying.So now i'm considered not responsibleThe other guy will have a surprise And i will never send my car to my dealer body shop,each time after there repaire something,i see some other damage that it was not there.I found a good bodyshop...More news to come.

My mother was driving,i wasn't there.The guy have write in english,my mom don't understand english.In the front of the trafic,the cops ''force ''her the sigh to liberate the road.But after that cops have said that he commit a fault to force her to sigh before to make sure that to person was accepting.
