Should I use high mileage oil?

The guy I bought my 07 Corolla from had been using high mileage oil, so I figure we need to keep doing that, right? Also, should I start using it on my 05 Vibe? It has about 203,000 miles.

The high mileage motor oils have a different additive package in them that is better for seals, among other things. It is not going to hurt and would be a good idea with that many miles.

If the car doesn't burn any oil, I would stay with OE spec oil.
