As promised here are some pictures of the pulleys i bought from Nate at smoothflowpulleys.comI bought a 2.1 and a 2.3 for a total of $150. It took a week to get them.So far, they look good. I'll post more after installing it. I'm thinking of going right to the 2.1 with the 2.3 for a spare. This first picture is of the kit. It included an allen wrench, 2 extra screws and instructions.
When are you installing it??The only thing I hope is that they are balanced properly, because of the 2 piece design.I still ordered one though.Let us know how it goes.

Ya, I wanna know how the install goes before I order one.Are the channels deeper, so that it is more of a non-slip design? If you go with the 2.3" do you still need to purchase a smaller belt?
The channels do look deeper, however it could be misleading as its polished and the factory is black. As far as I know, when using a 2.3, the stock belt will still work. I was going to install it tonight, but got out of work too late. I need to get it in before the weekend, going tubing up at Copper Mountain.
Getting the nut loose is causing the problem.Tried using an impact ratchet, tried twisting the belt to add resistance, tried bumping ignition with a ratchet attached, nothing worked. Did manage to stretch the belt so it slips now though.Any ideas on how to keep the pulley from rotating while taking off the nut? I really do not want to take the supercharger off again.
This may sound silly, but are you turning the nut the right direction? Things that spin like that are often reverse threaded, so the nut is always being tightened by the natural spin of the motor.. This could also be an instance like a strut, where you need a special socket with a cut out in the side to allow an allen wrench to be placed on the shaft to hold the shaft while the nut is broken free... (note, I know ZERO about the S/C, so, i'm speculating)
I'm not sure which direction it comes off,but from what I remember it's not on very tight. You'll also need a puller to get the pulley off after,it's pressed on.

didnt think about checking if its reverse threaded. I'll have to check that out tonight. I did try both directions and it just slipped. I wonder if magnason torqued it down when I sent it in for repair?
OK, got the pulley off today. It took one of those belt/strap wrenches to hold the pulley while taking the nut off. but....The new pulley's center hub is too short on the backside by 1/4 inch and the pulley rubs on the housing. I can put the pulley on backwards, and it works. I emailed Nate to find out about a replacement.
Alright, Nate emailed back. he said that he decided to make a new pulley to correct the offset. I'm not sure if this means new hub and pulley or a new pully that works on the same hub. i suspect its a new pulley that fits on a common center hub. The pulley is on the way back to me, I'll post new pics when I get it.
Alright! The pulleys came in today. The 2.1 installed without any problems. I did use the one size smaller Gator Belt (4060840).The car spools 7 lbs @ 4K RPM, it used to max at 7 lbs @ 6500. It now maxes at 8.6 LBS @6500.The EGT is about 130 degrees hotter when cruising. Peaked out at 1450. This is with the snow injection spraying at 3200 RPM, so I might turn that down just a hair and see if that helps. see if I can get it to spray at 3K.The (removed)-dyno reported
