2.2 Pulley

Post by vibe Freak »

Holly crap Its a whole new car the power band has moved down and the throttle response and power is frigging crazy. If you have not put yours on do it already. I love this blower its perfect right now for power and fun.

I'm looking at getting the 2.3. Be careful on WOT and make sure you're running the highest octane you can. What PSI are you at now? Don't push past 10.

Dom,I thought the pulleys only came in 2.1,and 2.3,not 2.2's.Plus,the pulleys are gone forever now, good luck finding one since they don't make them anymore.

No,it's sitting here in a box,I'm waiting till winters over to install. It all depends on what you want.2.3 is safe with the stock setup, but going 2.1 needs to be tuned. Now the pulleys boys are another option to make one,but they will charge mucho denero for it,but send them an email and maybe if there is enough interest they will produce it.http://www.pulleyboys.com/

Just emailed URD and this is what I got back (very quick):Thank you for contacting URD. We are all out of Matrix and Corolla S/C pulleys. If you have at least 10 pulleys, we could do a custom group buy for any one size. However a quantity of 20 will be needed to get the cost under $100 per unit. I'm sorry these are no longer a stocked item.Regards,BRIAN

I am running the stock air box. So the MAF is in the stock location. I have had no problems with this set up. Its only hits 8.5 pounds of boost but pulls like a bat out of hell. I scored it used for like 40.00 dollars off 9thgen. He said it was one of the first pulleys so its a 2.3 but has a 2.2 on it.
