AWD S/C

Post by kunkstyle »

Did a little poking around and couldn't find much. My knowledge of aftermarket S/C's is pretty limited. What all would I need to S/C th 06 AWD? I assume the TRD/GM kit and a new ecu, but not sure.I'm running south of the border next week, so could potentially save some cash by picking it up when I'm down there.

You would install and run it exactly the same as the '03 -'04 Base Vibes. You can use the TRD piggyback ECU that comes with the s/c kit. Just make sure it is for an Auto tranny.

Also you do NOT need the S/C adapter plate with the AWD.A tranny cooler will be a must for you on the AWD if you go with the S/C.
