My thought on the Matrix /vib/rolla kitall in all I luv this kit,its seriously heavy duty parts ,flawless welding ,increadle porting work on the turbo manifold.,,perfect fitment on all parts no struggleing at all to bolting it up...the overall design looks great most parts are well hidden it looks stockish B) very installer friendly,,My impressions of customer service has been very good 90% positive side and tech support 100% great..The power ,,,WELL ,,,,is just indiscribable  Increadable build Jay only thing the kits missing is a cool tunes CD to work by and maybe a free hottie poster O ye I didnt get 1 single hass sticker <_< <_< 22XY got stickers!!!!! <_< (removed)????

Mad props, that thing is beautiful. a lil OT but what happened with the old turbo setup that your car was the project for on mo.net? Thought it started with an A. Either way, glad someone finally got their car boosted, now you can have some real fun against the SRT Caliber when it hits the road. :DEDIT: How's your tranny holding up to date? I remember there being alot of tranny issues back in the day in stock form, hows yours holding up under boost?

No Its good for auto too, although I think it will be harder on the auto trannie,so trannie upgrades may be needed if you plan for high boost levels

thanx gal lol!Its really not as bad as ya think, the install is pretty damn simple and the new ECU is a full plug in unit no wires to connect 1 at a time...Its really cool ...im doing some new stuff this weekend pics will come soon,Im now converting the system to accept a cold air Induction the filter will locate were the stock air pump was(drivers side fender well)..I found that with this system to EGR and stock air pump system is no longet needed ,so currently removing it all..Ive got the car in my garage right now,all my connectors and piping will be here in the morning so Ill be done Sat..then im going back to do more vids and try some 1/4s...Only reason I wanna try the CAI is I got a few 700*cel. EGTs and i think Ican drop em to 500* with the CAI setup. More pics to come..Later gal

The 1st company that built a kit ATR motorsports went bankrupt, and there kits didnt prove good quility at all on matrix /celica/lexas etc...The kit is in my shop sitting in boxs..The where use rebuilt turbos and not telling and they all failed including the one I had..overall I lost 3800 dollers with ATR,Sux,But now I have a increadable kit so Im hella happy, just wish I would have found Hass turbo before ATR would have saved a pile of cash..As to my trannie no problems at all Its holding very strong even spinning thru 4th(the key is til i get LSD installed avoid wheel hop at all cost thats were ya can do damage) It do have a upgraded clutch the stock yoda clutch is garbage,I put in ACT heavy duty 6 puck,Still go same pedal feel as stock but jes it grabs hard....

very nice.edit: as far as this going with an auto you kinda can't can you since the only auto 2zz's manufactured were 03 matrix XRS's? and finding one of them now would be hard as hell, but turboing an auto would run fine but bending on boost you may need to do a VB upgrade or you'll over rev and slip gears.

Hi ya guys, yep been a few days since Ive been on here ,been doing lots of driving (just trying to log miles-not set anymore speed records lol!)So far Everthing is a OK with the kit,Ive logged on about 400 more miles...Ive had no more exhaust leaks-no oil leaks-no fluidleaks of any type.only 3 issues Im having is a bit of a valve tick sound (which I already had from ATR) but it might have got a bit louder so Tues.Im taking it to Yoda dealer to get em adjusted(Hoping I dont need apointment)..2nd issue is AC related and has nothing to do withthe kit..The car came home with the problem (not cooling) so I took it to a AC repair shop and it was empty of freon,The guysaid it might have a bad o-ring or stuck valve from sitting for so many months. So he vaccumed it-oiled charged it-freoned it...then it worked fantastic until today?? It was Idleing and a big gush of freon came from the bottom of the compresser several timesthen it stopped ,I drove it around a bit never happened again, weird!!! I looked a the compresser bottom and theres a valve this were its coming from,I think there is supposed to be a cheak valve cap on this part"theres not its gone" Dont have a pic Ill get one tomorrow..Maybe someone has an Idea..3rd Even after Jay talking with me on things in close proximity to the downpipeand be sure to tie off the shifter cables(guesse what I forgot to do after repairing the EM leak??? Tie off shifter cable.GRRRR!!Yep it melted -so I had to install a new cable"Kit buyers Listen to JAY TIE OFF CABLES !!!"Other than that all is xtra great!!!! big thumbs up Jay ,you sure do build a great kit.Im very Impressed This is a whole new car(it seems to have minimum Doubled the power!!!) It has the tourqe feel of a fast V-8 andthe peepy launch/speed/manuvering of a roadster"VERY COOL STUFF"As to the kit itself ,Ive gone over it every single day since it came home checking and double checking all the fittings ,viewingall the parts, checking for leaks ,carefully listening for anything wrong...Other than the initial exhaust leak and AC leak I havent found 1 single thing kit related....As jay knows and some of you guys know, Im a very hands on guys with my cars,I luv workin on them as much as driving them.I luv to experiment on new things and luv DIY ideas and installs..Lately Ive been tinckering -learning the kit-what the install is like 1st hand so I can help others-trying some of my own ideas to add to the kit..(dont freak Jay-Im just experimenting thats what I do) and also adding all my stuff back to the car..Heres some pics of me demolishing the car to learn the kit and some x-tra stuff I added just to test..If it stays TBD????1st & 2nd pic is cable melted 3rd pic repaired4th -5th pic new stuffNOTE** the Next 7 pics is a CAI I made fitted to the Hass kit ,its not part of the kit(only thing I was attempting to gain was a little lower EGT temps and making the filter easier to access.Cost to do this was $210.00.Did it do anything well the filter is up front/EGT's went down by 50*,I dont feel like Ive lost any power at all,I wondered since I use 2.75" pipe only 3 pcs & mandrel bent, unfortunatly (3"wont fit) and sincethe turbo kit pulls direct from 3"inlet at filter as is ,I assumed power loss would accure It didnt seem too ...Oh well ,It took me 3hrs to do and I did have toraise the cruise control box by 1 1/2"..was it difficult ????no not at all...Was it worth it ?? No not at all!!! lol!!! ..Oh well ,It was fun doing it though lol! Yes jay,Im nuckin futs hahahaha!!!!!Anyway heres pics of what I did.
