Just scored complete sub setup!

The father of one of my students works at a local U Pull It yard. Today, he dropped off a complete sub assembly for me! The enclosure, trim panel, brackets, bolts. Even the XM receiver and wiring. Panel colour match is perfect. It has a Monsoon logo on the sub grille. Matrix?
My 04 is a Tunes car (no moon). I know the 04s don't have the capability to drive the sub from the stock underseat amp. I've already swapped in a Pioneer HU, so the plan is to run RCAs to a small 2ch amp to power the sub. Don't think I'll bother with the XM.
If anyone has done a swap like this, I'm open to advice! I'll post pics tomorrow.
