Mystery connector on left of steering wheel

Post by MacGyver »

Any idea what this is? A 4-pin connector, with two wires - black and yellow. It's taped up to the wiring going to the traction control switch.

I figured out what this is for. It's for the glass breakage sensor which was part of the optional factory alarm system. The sensor would sit in one of the switch blanks and connect to the alarm module above the glovebox. There is another larger connector at the glovebox taped up.
