Hatch issues

Numerous issues with the hatch.
Reverse lights do not work. When in reverse, the beeping noise is present. Reverse switch has also been replaced.
Rear defroster does not work. Indicator light on switch does not light up. Switch itself is fine when provided power.
Rear wiper does not work. Rear washer motor works.
Hatch glass works -- responds to key fob and dash button
Rear hatch does not lock or unlock with rest of car; must be done manually
Possibly unrelated: rear driver side door does not lock or unlock with rest of car; must be done manually.
Could it possibly be related to the harness between the body of the car and the hatch?
Fuse/relay?
Any help would be appreciated.
