Got My Window Switch Recall Letter

Got the window switch recall letter in the mail yesterday. I'm thinking about just letting it go. It I take it in, they'll want to take a hacksaw to the floorboard. I never had that recall done.

When I took it in for the accelerator rheostat recall, I don't them "Don't even think about opening the hood. You have nothing in this shop that belongs in my Toyota engine or transmission" They were not amused.

So, is there yet another window switch recall? I remember having one done on both our Vibes back in the summer of 2013.

A bit late here Carrie but ... NO, it is the same recall letter. Don't know why you'd be getting another warning. I can see myself as I have had NO recalls done to date. Your letter probably looked like this one:

Yeah, we have not received any recall letters recently, so I figured it was the same recall and we wouldn't get letters since we had it done already.
