Does it matter? What's stopping you from doing both at the same time? Will you be bombing it over time or all at once? If it's a monetary issue, I'd imagine sticker bombin it would be cheaper depending on your sticker sources and friend's supplies of stickers.

Me, personally. I'd get a nice set of shocks and springs, first. Or, in your case, the springs at minimum. But my priorities are function over form. Good luck.
