Hi felloow Canadian,I would like to know if somebody in the Ottawa region can help me out.I made a deal with a guy in Ottawa for some bulbs. The problem is that he never sended them. I maid a claim to paypal, but I'm still trying to get a hold of him.I found is phone number, tried it and waiting to know if he will call me back. But I would like to make a test with a phone number from Ottawa. The dude as several used car to send. So I would like to know if he will call yoou back or not. Just wondering if it's only my call he won't return.So just answer me if you're willing to help.thanks guys
