Coolant Change?

Did anyone here change there coolant? I might be doing it soon but there is huge confusion to what to use... I know I should get Toyota Extra Extended life coolant that goes in the Matrix but I am also wondering if I can use Prestone "Advanced" All Car/Coolant/Top up/Flush 150,000 km stuff.. The price on it is god.. and Prestone has lots of commercials saying how its safe for ALL cars.. Anyone use it with success? and if anyone has done a coolant flush any challenges?oh and glad to be part of this Forum Cheers
