Catalytic Converter Delete

Post by Vibester04 »

Hi all.

First let me start by saying that where I live there are not emissions tests, and I do not plan on selling the car, but I want an easy way to gain some more power from my gutless 1ZZ. I'm wondering if anyone else here has deleted their cat, and what kinds of horsepower increases have you all seen from it? If I went see much it any increase in power I absolutely will not waste my time lol. Just curious. Thanks guys!

any gains are nominal. you'd be better off getting a hi-flow cat from say magnaflow because #hugthetrees or something.
