So I find myself needing to replace the intake manifold gasket on my '09 Vibe with the 2.4L engine. Anyone out there done this before? Unlike the 1.8L, the intake manifold location is nestled in pretty tight between the engine and the dashboard firewall- thanks Toyota. I can locate the 5 bolts/nuts that connect the top of the manifold to the engine by feel ( It's pretty impossible to see them ), and the one bolt on the bottom is easy enough to get to from underneath. I'll disconnect the throttle body and the PVC hose as well. So, I guess my question is: Is there anything else I need to look out for that might not be very visible? Any tips or hacks that will help this job go a little smoother is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
