The viscosity in the manual is correct but it should say GL-4 and not GL-5. A GL-5 fluid is higher in sulphur and would slowly eat away at the gearbox synchros. The AC Delco fluid spec in the manual, Goodwrench Synthetic Manual Transmission Fluid (GM Part No. U.S. 12346190, in Canada 10953477) are the correct part numbers.
The Delco oil is actually Castrol Syntorq rebranded which is a very good oil, mine shifts smoothly even in -30c temps we had this past winter. Chrysler also sells a branded Castrol Syntorq under the Mopar bottle, same viscosity. Any good 75W90 synthetic will work as long as it's a GL-4. I recently checked my original fluid and after 5 years 60,000km it is still clear and pristine. Here is a sample price but as usual with car parts expect to pay higher prices in Canada. You will need just under 2 liters for the 1.8.
