Saying hi from Calgary Alberta

Post by TinyHulk »

Hey fellow Pontiac Vibe owners,

Just bought myself a 05' Vibe Base as a first car at 16, done all sorts of work to it already, heated seats to go in this weekend!

Picked her up with only 120,000km on the odometer, excited to have something to play with in my spare time.

Welcome!

I think you'll find that It'll be a good, solid car to drive, especially if the rust is minimal.

BTW - the first link works if you open it manually, the second demands permission.

Welcome to the forum, TinyHulk!

Only 120000km on your '05 Vibe. That's fantastic. Keep us posted. Maybe start a thread in the Vibe garage to chronicle the things you do to it and with it.

I have an 05 base as well and it has been doing great.

Welcome to GenVibe TinyHulk ;) Heated seats are not too difficult to install. Did it to one of our 2009 Vibe GT's a few years back. Definitely worth it for those of us in cold climates! Is the car Krown or RustChek treated? If not you may want to consider getting it done to extend the life of the steel. This is a great starter (and retirement) car for pretty much anybody. Again ..... WELCOME :D
