Time to say Goodbye to my Vibe

My vibe was my favorite car - strolling around florida with my green lights and HIDs or struggling through Alaska as the cold tried to kill it and then driving 4k miles to texas and then driving to WA years later and finally driving to Colorado - its last trip with me.

With a family now - I have to upgrade to a bigger vehicle for my wife - so I will trade in the paid off vibe and keep her toyota corolla while we get her a new crossover.

Sad day - i will miss this car a ton.

You should keep the Vibe and get rid of the Corolla ;)

Sad to see it go. Hope you still stick around.

That's right. Keep the Vibe and trade in the Corolla. Because it looks like your pretty girl is ready for a puppy and the Vibe has room for one.

KEEP THE VIBE !!!! At almost 160k miles it's just getting broke-in! You can get Corrolla's everywhere anytime (they still make them) but to find a good Vibe (you got one already ... and it's a GT ;) ) is not as easy. Talk her out of you giving up this versatile little car and keep it for a very long time. It could even become your daughters "first car" when she's old enough to drive!

I cannot even fathom why you would keep the Corolla rather than the Vibe.

Considering that when we had my daughter, we kept the Vibe - it had plenty of room for wife, child, and myself. In fact, it had wife, baby, myself, and what seemed like an entire household of goods strapped to the top and inside the car, from Michigan, to Tennessee, to Mississippi, and then to Houston.

I agree with everyone else. I don't get why you would keep the smaller vehicle over the Vibe (especially a Liquid Platinum Metallic 09 GT!), but either way, best of luck!
