Love my Vibes. My wife bought a black base "04" several years back and drove the wheels off the thing. She loved it. She had to have the motor changed out and it never was the same so she gave it to a family at our church, that was just about a year and a half ago. Seeing how much she missed the little car I set out to see if I couldn't find her another one. Bought her a Grey on Grey "07" Base w/an automatic and 104k on it. she didn't really care for it she wanted the sporty look that she said her "04" had. Something about the hood just wasn't the same. The next night we found a Blue automatic "04" Base w/72k and bought it. She likes it but still she missed the little black Vibe said it was a GT...it wasn't... but never argue with the wife. Ya know "happy wife happy life". In the mean time I was driving the Grey "07" and flat fell in love, I've been driving a Dodge dually since "01", what a change no problem getting in and out of Austin Texas traffic now. Loved it so much I bought a black "04" GT with 160K off Craigslist from a nice family in Colorado. My 11 year old son named it "SHIFTY", says it will be his in 5 years. We gave the "07" to our daughter. Still looking for an "04" Black Base with low miles. Looking forward to visiting with fellow Vibe owners.

welcome to genvibe.

I can relate. I keep looking for a car to replace my Vibe in case it dies, but it keeps running, and I always seem to come back to if it dies, I'd probably just get another Vibe
