Welcome to GenVibe! That's a very sharp looking Jet Black Metallic GT you've got there ;)! Thanks for posting a picture for us right away! Add your location to your profile, so we know what area of the world you're in. Are you looking to do any mods to it?

Welcome to GenVibe :D Just like Vibenvy (Carrie) We loved them so much that we have TWO Vibe Gt's ;) Looks like you're in Pa? Get rid of those nice 18" alloys if you want them to last in the long run. Get a designated set of 16" steelies to be your sacrificial winter wheels. They'll ride smoother and get better traction in the snow. Not many mods to do to these cars unless you're creative and have a shop to fabricate stuff. Kudo's on posting a pic right away. Enjoy the ride & visit often :)

Thanks for the advice...will look into different wheels for next winter! We looked at other Vibes with the 16s but I always felt the body looked bloated on them.

Nice looking Vibe!

For tips and tricks, what do you want to do?

One tip from experience - stick with the stock size for tires - changes can kill your mpg. If you wanted to drop from 18's to 17's, stay with a stock configuration for the Vibe.

Oh yeah, another tip is that if you want to hear more engine note, don't change the exhaust, get an Short Ram Intake.

Lastly, don't assume that every Toyota Matrix part will interchange.

And be careful changing the cabin air filter - the little door lock tab is prone to braking.

And I recommend using factory wiper blade refills. More expensive but they work so much better.

Wow, that was more than I thought I had to offer!
