I saw that too and cringed thinking it was going to be the vibe that loses control.

That is soooooo wrong. Anywhere else, you'd be subject to drug testing, pissing in the cup, breathalyser, hand over your first born, etc ..... This must be in some really small town where they're laid back a bit too much. This driver should have his privileges revoked and vehicle taken away. I hate seeing & hearing stories like this. Looks like $50,000 in total damage to all cars and not responsible for any of it. Really ???

Saw this on the Chicago news the other morning. They said the driver claimed his foot got stuck on the gas pedal. Very scary, especially when he plows into the truck that's waiting to turn. Unfortunately, there are people my age that shouldn't be driving, let alone someone who's 92 :roll:.
