For those who saw my earlier posts, My gf and I have been looking at getting a 2007 Dark Grey Vibe. Unfortunately we kept getting toyed around with dealers and pricing etc etc and we couldnt find a "Hot" deal... Fortunately for me I stumbled onto an awesome deal for a 2008 Black Vibe. Not the colour we wanted but it was too hard to pass up.Has the "power package" for windows, cruise etc. remote start added, and snow tires mounted to the factory steel wheels. Only 69,000km (not miles). Now the 2 of us have 3 cars, but we're in the process of selling the SunfireWhen we first went to go see it:Within a few days we had it home. I had to safety and etest it but it went through without an issue! Our Sunfire, Vibe and Scooby! So far we love the vibe! It will become our primary car for the summer for trips.

In my younger days I was hung up on colour - as I got older that changed to just avoiding any colours I found obnoxious (e.g. purple). When I bought my '09 my dealer only had white, carbon gray or black at a special $2,000 under invoice price. (My preference would have been red or blue.) I could have lived with any of those 3 but given the fact that I rarely get around to washing a car carbon gray was best for me. Black looks great if you keep it shiney clean.

Thanks for the welcomes! Yeah black isnt a bad colour at all, we both like it but she doesnt really wash her car. Therefore I'll be the one doing most of the washing and detailing. My other car is Silver so its pretty easy to wash. Thanks for the compliments on the wheels. I really like them, but they look to be a no-name brand and just universal. My Subaru buddies were saying its funny how similar the design is to my BBS wheels (on the subaru). Except the BBS were $$$!
Private party sale Welcome again and congratulations on the buy! I agree those wheels look great - I have a soft spot for mesh wheels of all kinds. The deep dish on those looks great especially!

Yeah the mesh wheels are nice. I also have a soft spot for them (as you can see on my subaru!)Up next for the vibe will be tints. Other than that I dont think we'll be doing much to it. Maybe HID headlights for better visibility..I can't wait to see how good it is on gas. I'd hope it's good on gas, its pretty slow lol

Thanks,The only thing we are not pleased with is that the summer tires dont have the TPM sensors. So now we constantly have that light on! I don't see a way to disable it.

I don't see a way to disable it.I'm not 100% positive, but I don't think there is a way to disable it. I know some people put a piece of electrical tape over it. I have to deal with mine being on all winter, every winter because I have different wheels and tires for winter and after a while I don't even notice it anymore.
