Hey, I just picked up an '09 Vibe 2.4L 5sp. I've been doing a considerable amount of downsizing and traded my '08 Sierra Crew Cab in on it. Needless to say my payment dropped considerably and my gas milage increased exponentialy Anyhow, I've been into Pontiacs all my life beginning with my first car a 1980 Grand Am and then a 1982 TA. I liked the Vibes from the get go, but gave up waiting on the release and purchased an '02 Grand Prix, which I still own, and also an '07 Grand Prix GXP. I've been an active member of the Grand Prix forums for about 7 years and was the Vice President of our local club for a few years. My most recent Pontiac project was a 1998 Grand Prix Daytona Pace Car. I owned it up until last October. When I sold it, it was completely modified and dyno'd 496fwhp using an IC'd T67 Turbo at 18psi on 93 pump gas.I picked up my Vibe with 18K miles. I had it tinted the first day and plan a few small changes in the near future.

I've always been a fan of Grand Prix's, I owned a 98 Grand Prix SE until it died in 2005.I was part of the Ontario-Quebec Club Grand Prix back then.It was a big mistake to remane Grand Prix's to G8 back them IMO... Great looking cars you have!
hearing that car open up like that in the vid was just sensational!Loved it!Welcome to GenVibe and here's your welcome gift (because i'm bored) I took your reflection off the front bumper and made your rims bigger and messed with the passenger front window a bit so you can't see what was originally behind it. Enjoy! Or if you want something else done with it lemme know !
Welcome!! Always good to have another Vibe owner! You mention many Pontiacs over the years but I'm sure you realize you've got a rebadged Toyota Matrix?? Not a lot American in that car! (besides being assembled in California)Good Luck with itDave
surprised to see another GP forum member over here... that GTP is B-E-Autiful. Owned a 96 SE myself. Can't complain about the Vibe though, this thing is solid.
