Here's my first (crappy cell phone pic)! This was at Babies 'r Us on 82nd Ave in Portland, Oregon.I missed the coolest opportunity the other day in stop and go traffic - two first gen Vibes, one silver, one Lava. They were in lanes one and two and I was in three. Couldn't get my new phone camera'd up quick enough and then they were gone. Was going to get a pic of my dash and both of them thru the window.

Don't know why I didn't think to post this here before - from when I saw Msagro's Fusion vibe in traffic one day (his girl was driving).Since then I seen her one other time.

After a lovely Western Omelet breakfast at this diner, I walked outside was surprised to see this Vibe right next to mine! Took a quick pic before I headed off to the office.

A few:At the bank, in the window reflection. Guy was sitting in the car next to me so I didn't want to look like a total creepo (instead, I took pictures aimed at the bank from inside my car, which is totally not suspicious at all)Saw this on the road, double bonus! And.... FOUND YOU Zer0VIBE03! We were right next door shopping and I saw your vibe there. I would have come in and said hi but I didn't have time (running late) so I decided to be creepy and take a picture instead!

Unfortunately I couldn't park right next to it, but in the background you will notice an '09-'10 Liquid Platinum Metallic Base with factory 17" wheels:

Even though I wasn't able to get my mom's Vibe in this picture, I just had to post it because it's Envy! This is the first time I've seen this guy even though he just lives in the next town over which is where I go to get gas all the time. My mom has seen him numerous times and even talked to him at the gas station where she commented on his Envy Vibe. My dad has also seen him numerous times. I was so happy to finally see it for myself!
And we came out of Target earlier tonight and the owner of this Wave Vibe was just getting out. I waited for him to get into the store and I backed in next to him.

Here's one from just a little bit ago. Note the roof and mid-gate spoilers and it had a different looking (to me anyway) rear fascia. I was going to go park behind it, but some guy in a truck pulled into the spot before I could.

Here's a photo I took last year. These two white vibe belong to a Advance Auto Parts shop nearby. The manage always turns down coupons and not welcome in store pickup (they say the money goes to the company, they got nothing). So I don't go there anymore. My neighbor's vibe and mine. In front of Costco. I wash my frosty every other week now, so overall it's clean. I plan to get a PC buffer to give the car a good polish.
i saw an 09/10 vibe today, it was that really pretty iridescent light green/blue... SO awesome - what is the color called?? is it the steel blue metallic or the liquid platinum metallic and it just changes color depending on the lighting?

I have seen it once in person and it is definitely a pretty cool looking, very unique color. Steel Blue Metallic is a darker blusih, purplish color. My mom's '09 GT is Steel Blue Metallic. Again, it is an absolutely amazing, unique color.Liquid Platinum Metallic is silver (see my signature ).

so I need to get an 09 then... haha at the thought of my husband allowing that to happen. I'd never seen it in person just in one post on here somewhere a while back. Then today was eating at applebees and looked up just as it was driving by... i definitely interrupted whoever was talking by pointing and excitedly telling everyone thats the color of Vibe that I want... they just rolled their eyes but it really is awesome looking! I saw another silver either earlier or later than that an 05-08 (09 is when they changed the body style again right?) I have an 05 silver.I could post new pics here everyday of all the vibes I see. at least a few each day on my way to at and home from work. Makes me sad that they don't make Vibe's anymore, I've never seen a car I like more and have no clue what I could possibly get after owning this one. I know it's (hopefully) a ways off before I'll be getting a new car, but it still makes me sad to think about it. I wish I had the money to buy a fleet of them so I would hopefully always have one like new.ok it's late and thats probably the reason for the rambling.Thank you for telling me what color it is.

On the '10s it was replaced with Ignition Orange Metallic, an equally awe-inspiring and unique color.Yes, 2009 is when they drastically changed the body style.I see quite a few Vibes around here, although it's typically older Vibes. I have only seen a handful of '09-'10s around which is kind of cool. It makes mine and my mom's GTs more unique .I'm sure when the time comes for you to get another vehicle, you'll be able to find a great used '09 or '10 (if your heart isn't totally dead set on Mystic Blue Metallic). I mean nowadays you'll still see great low mileage older Vibes, some of which are already 7 years old so I wouldn't worry about that too much.I don't mind rambling as I do it myself from time to time .You're very welcome for the color information .

This is funny.Speaking of the Aztek though... I've always thought it was tremendously hideous as well. My boss drives one and he showed me this one some guy has completely modified. I'm not gonna lie, it looks pretty sharp... for an Aztek
making it not look like an Aztek is the best thing done to that monstrosity.i kinda like the side exhaust because it's unexpected. i do agree with you, bull, about the gas cap. nice avatar too!
That Aztek looks great - can't figure out how come this one looks attractive past the rear pillar but it does.

No pics from this BUT!Saw three '09/'10 vibes in a row driving down I88 in Iowa- two red and one grey. One was a AWD and the other two I think were base, none were GTs.AND I saw an '09/'10 vibe in a greenish-grey color driving north on I355 here in IL... it was really cool... any idea what color that was?

Quote, originally posted by ponta2147 »Wow, in that picture it almost looks sky blue... in the light by us it looked green... what a neat color that is!Yeah. It's extremely iridescent. There's a MBM 1.8L Base around the Yorkville area that my mom and I have seen a couple times. Actually the first time we saw it was at Target. I parked next to it and as we were heading into the store, the owner (a girl who looked to be in her 20s) was coming out. She noticed which vehicle we had gotten of and she smiled. I said, "Nice car!" and she laughed and said, "I was just going to say the same thing!"
