Those signs cant be cheap....lol, its not like some shmuck would build one just for the heck of it.... Someone is either lying or the kid could have come from a different area perhaps? My guess is that someone might be lying, if it was a stolen sign, one of them should have reported it missing or would have claimed said sign and said it had been stolen.
